Mike" during a protest as riot police stood guard in front of the QuickTrip market. The business was burned by those angered by the shooting of Michael Brown. The teen was apparently unarmed when a Ferguson police officer shot and killed him Saturday, Aug. 9. Protest and riots have been occurring in the Ferguson neighborhoods and included the looting of many area businesses and the fire of a QT gas station and convenience market. Parishioners from Blessed Teresa of Calcutta came together in a prayer vigil for peace in the church's grotto with their pastor, Father Robert Rosebrough.
